TAJFC U12's v Doncaster Rovers

Our Under 12's Team (run by TAJFC Secretary Keith Sawden) are playing Doncaster Rovers Academy Under 12's tomorrow, Wednesday 27th August at The Tadcaster Albion Ground (on the main pitch). Keith's team are one of the most successful across all of our agegroups. Their positive goal difference last year was +129 and they were unbeaten for the whole of the season, winning the League title. You are assured of some entertaining football and choice of hot soups at half-time. See you there - kick off at 6:30pm

Improving The Ings for Under 10's & Under 11's

The Ings has been a hive of activity in the last few days with new rabbit fencing being erected around the perimeter and new goalposts being installed by Andy Hill, Ian Turner, Andy Lendhill, Mark Standridge and Nick Brown. Both Under 11 teams, the Under 10's and the Girls Team will be using The Ings as their base in the 2008-2009 season. A big thank you to all of these people who gave up their valuable weekend to improve the facilities for our players

Under 11's pre-season training has been running for the past three weeks and it is less than a month until our first league game with the strong possibilty of a friendly match before.
We have 5 new players who are chomping at the bit and looking for a regular place in Tadcaster's Number One Under 11's Squad (see enclosed pictures - we have some big lads!)
